Desktop Support Analyst Preston City 6 Months £75.00 / Day Desktop Support Analysts to provide second/First line support within the Companies ICT Operate department. You will be working to ICT ITIL procedures and in the role you will predominantly deal with incidents and changes logged through the Service Manager system to provide 2nd/1st line diagnosis and resolution.
