Responsible to teach the QA people in the EQM organization about the capabilities of the Campaign and Offers Management systems to help them write correct test cases and develop complete test data. Go to person for the QA people to answer questions as they write their test cases. Provides leadership for all test activities and acts as a Test Subject Matter Expert for the Enterprise. Proficient in leading and communicating overall test strategy, and will ensure proper process and standards are adhered to and they will develop and report on KPIs to validate quality of deliverables that are produced by the team. Subject matter expert in test methodologies and total quality process. Essential Functions 1. Ensure the team has adopted Test Best Practices during all cycles of the quality phase. 2. Mentor and coach team on tools, processes, project and resource planning and project facilitation and coordination. 3. Ensure team is meeting deliverables for test process, including the publication and review of project test results. 4. Work with the team to identify and effectively communicate/escalate risk items and deviations from the test plan; ensure the test plan is adapted as needed based on test results and progress in consultation with leadership/partners and recommend/take action as necessary to compensate for problems. 5. Review and provide input on test strategy, defect reports and other deliverables created by test managers, test technicians and analysts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong leadership skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience related to Quality Assurance for example designing, developing and executing test plans and cases, and test management.
