At least 2 years customer service experience. Will need to work with multiple other departments such as marketing, purchasing, engineering, sales and production to obtain answers for dealers / customers in a timely manner. Follow-up and tenaciousness will be a key trait. The Individual must be customer-focused and understand the importance of quick follow-up with dealer/customer questions and inquiries.
