Position Description: The primary role of the Oracle DBA is to help with the day-to-day database administration and performance tuning. Primary Responsibilities: - Performing the day-to-day database administration. - Review the current RMS environment. - Review RMS batch processing. - Review Archiving and purging needs and make necessary recommendations. - Investigate slow RMS response (Oracle forms - user interface and queries). - Review Oracle Grid alerts and resolve related issues. Position Requirements/Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related degree. - Experience with Oracle Databases. - Experience with RMS experience. Position type: 6 Month Contract Salary: 45/hr to 55/hr, dependant upon experience.
