I'm looking for a developer to build a simple retro photo app. The app has the usual features like: take photo, load from camera roll, add filters or borders, evtl. crop and rotate All of it uses custom design and cant look like default iOS UI. The photo library has to be quite flexible to reproduce the effects from Photoshop files. I'm looking for a experienced developer who has done photo manipulation before.
