Seeking a Financial Analyst to provide critical expense/capital tracking, reporting and ad hoc analysis. Duties will include tracking and reporting expenses (or capital) for the Company (excluding store payroll), reviewing POs and invoices to ensure proper month end, quarter end and year end accruals and preparing month end forecasts of major expense lines based on month-to-date spending and estimated spending trends. Will also be responsible for compiling data, producing and distributing multiple financial and operational reports as well as participating in projects to automate these reports. Finally, will complete ad hoc analysis as required to answer questions on performance, expense and other trends The day to day tasks include reviewing, tracking, routing and distributing Capital Expense Requisitions (CER). Preparing weekly summaries for current status of CERs that go to the Executives. Compiling data for monthly capital forecasts from Peoplesoft to create a final forecast. Education and/or Relevant Experience Required Financial background Bachelor?s degree required with demonstrated superior college performance (preferably in an analytical field) We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
