Business Analyst - CRM
Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Through a combination of strong business understanding, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent interviewing and facilitating techniques, the BA will: • Lead the discovery and conceptual design work required to translate business needs into solutions and features • Drives the development of compelling business cases that include financial models to compare the fiscal costs and benefits • Facilitates estimation of proposed solutions across Enterprise Applications, Architecture and Infrastructure teams • Works closely with the Business Partner to ensure that roadmaps are focused on efforts that provide the highest business value • Provide coaching and mentoring to other business analysts • Facilitate meetings with business partners • Participate (or directs) workflow analysis in support of requirements identification • Elicit, capture, analyze and document business requirements, epics and user stories • Provide consultancy and advice on functionality, applicability, and usability of technology solutions to project requirements • Balance business requirements with technical feasibility • Identify project interdependencies • Ability to prioritize and drive sound business decisions • Plans and directs the work of staff or vendors to conduct proof of concept efforts • Effectively delivers presentations to key customers/stakeholders and senior management. • Research and analyze industry trends and benchmarking information as they apply to the business model and domain area needs Experience and Education Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science with Business Management (or related field) or equivalent work experience required.
