Business Analyst / Inventory Analyst
Business Analyst/Inventory Management Need bachelor's degree + 15 years of overall experience (after degree) OR overall 23 years of experience ( if no degree) Scope Of Service Identify current property custodians in all program areas and Lines of Businesses (LOBs). Identify and assign delegates to property custodians (or collect information on assigned delegates from custodians). Finalize and maintain a complete list/database of all custodians and delegates. Collect and maintain signed copies of forms documenting custodian/delegate assignment. Assist in coordination of delegate and custodian training. Participate in ELMS training as required. Finalize # of employees for each program area (Estimated 5000 employees + contractors). Coordinate with existing property custodians to complete inventory. Identify/exclude ancillary equipment not required for Inventory tracking (i.e. no memory and/or under the required $ value). Take steps to remove equipment from AITS not meeting inventory tracking criteria. Assist with accurate preparation of Reports of Survey. Prepare reports for Management on inventory progress. Assist with completing close-out inventories.
