DB2 DBA Rate - $35W2 or $37 C2C/1099 - hourly - rates all inclusive, no benefits or paid leave All work onsite, no remote DB2 DBA DB2 DBA Responsible for: - Analyzes data requirements, application and processing architectures, data dictionaries, and database schema(s), and then designs, develops, optimizes, and certifies database schema design to meet system(s) requirements. - Designing, Modeling, Developing DDLs and Supporting DB2. - Familiar with both Relational and Dimension models used in warehouse environments - Develops an overall data architecture that supports the information needs of the business in a flexible but secure environment. All work in Bloomington IL, no remote OTHER As part of the staffing/hiring process, the following WILL be required if a candidate is selected for a role and chooses to move forward: 1) Criminal Background Check (at Reserve Consulting**s expense) 2) Non-Disclosure Agreement 3) Credit Report (at Reserve Consulting**s expense) 4) Prior employment / assignment verification As part of the staffing/hiring process, the following MAY be required if a candidate is selected for a role and chooses to move forward: 5) Drug Screening (at Reserve Consulting**s expense) JOB POSTINGS **Reserve Consulting works only with direct client staffing requirements **Reserve Consulting's payment terms for C2C arrangements are Invoice Monthly, Net 30 **Reserve Consulting is willing to provide a copy of our standard C2C agreement for review upon request **For W2 or 1099 consultants, we pay every two weeks **During the candidate evaluation process, candidates under serious consideration will be asked to provide the email address of one to two recent client references (we will work to be flexible on this). These references must be recent, actual client employees (not other consultants). These references will be asked via email to: o validate the role and responsibilities listed in the candidate's resume for that respective project o confirm the consultant's performance was acceptable in terms of: technical skills, communication skills, business skills, and professionalism **During the candidate evaluation process, candidates under serious consideration will be asked to provide their social security number for work authorization validation purposes **Once selected, to be fully confirmed, every consultant will be required to submit to a criminal background check, resume verification, and education verification at Reserve Consulting's expense
