Senior DataStage Consultant Lansing, MI Title: Senior DataStage Consultant Location: Lansing, MI Duration: 2 + Months Job Description: * 3 to 5 years experience developing data conversions using InfoSphere DataStage/QualityStage in an Oracle environment is required . * SQL/PLSQL in an Oracle environment. * Experience in gathering user requirements and documentation of formal business requirements and functional specifications to be used in DataStage job design and development. * Able to meet with key clients as needed to provide smooth communication. * Able to provide advisory support to staff members to best enable project success. * Experience with HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, and XML is desired but not required. * Child Welfare (SACWIS) domain experience is a plus. * Detail oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Self motivated and able to work under minimum supervision. * Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Education: * Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
