Duration: 4-5 months Description: · Client European Delivery Coordinator · Manage all aspects of the Client European Delivery program, including program marketing, communications, strategic direction, systems support, and training material development · Work with the Client field organization to increase dealer and customer participation in the European Delivery program · Manage the customer delivery process from order inception to final delivery at the Client Customer Delivery Center in Germany · Collaborate with the Client Customer Delivery Center in Germany to ensure timeliness of each vehicle delivery · Coordinate customer visits to ensure a positive customer experience · Oversee import of each European Delivery vehicle from customer drop off in Europe to final vehicle delivery at a U.S. dealership · Manage our Client European Delivery program partnership with Client Importer to ensure customs clearance in Europe and the U.S. · Provide leadership and direction to Client Customer Relations in all customer cases related to the Client European Delivery program · Collaborate with Client VIP Sales Manager to capitalize on program and customer process synergies · Collaborate with Client Marketing and Client Public Relations to build Client European Delivery program awareness · Develop automated systems to support European Delivery vehicle tracking and program administration · Understanding of automotive industry manufacturing and sales processes (factory, brand, dealership) · Process innovation – targeting business opportunity and addressing with process improvement Required Skills: · Years of experience required: 3-5 years · Automotive experience preferred. · Field experience also desired. · Luxury brand experience highly preferred · Understanding of automotive industry manufacturing and sales processes (factory, brand, dealership) – this is highly desired · Experience working in a corporate environment highly preferred. This position interacts directly with customers, Client AG (in Germany), and Client. · Process innovation – targeting business opportunity and addressing with process improvement · Technical or software knowledge required: · MS Office (MS Outlook, Excel, etc.) · German language skills desired but not required Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
