Our client is looking for a front-end web developer to join their talented development team. They lead the industry in volume experience, collectively coding thousands of digital marketing solutions for law firms each year. They execute their missions using HTML, CSS, JS and cutting-edge responsive design methodologies. They deftly integrate design and content with zero wasted effort, editing text and graphical materials provided by clients for incorporation. MISSIONS: Integrate websites and other products into custom CMS in a production environment Write and utilize HTML and CSS to add/modify features to better fit into a site’s structure as necessary Update, modify and correct graphical design elements on websites Test and troubleshoot within standards to optimize the layout of materials, site performance, and compatibility with various browsers Create and maintain technical documentation of work and correspondence in tracking systems Analyze and recommend solutions to root quality and/or efficiency problems Provide technical expertise across the organization Work cross-functionally with designers, content writers, project managers and other contributors to ensure projects are released on-time with a high level of customer satisfaction, resolving coding issues in a timely fashion Suggest innovative solutions or software enhancements when warranted for Senior review Work within or suggest changes to development best practices while adhering to team and industry coding standards and business policies QUALIFICATIONS: A demonstrated passion for front end development and continual self-improvement Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience 3 - 5+ years of related experience Expert knowledge of HTML and CSS Strong understanding of CSS3/HTML5, JavaScript and JQuery Advanced knowledge in Photoshop slicing, image updating and optimization Knowledge of 508 / accessibility guidelines Knowledge of emerging technologies in web development and design Basic understanding of media queries in use with responsive/adaptive design Basic understanding of progressive enhancements Basic understanding of CSS preprocessors (SASS or LESS) Excellent written and verbal communication, time and priority management as well as troubleshooting skills Strong ability to collaborate across boundaries, detail attentiveness and of course, a deft ability to work in a fast paced environment Would you like to work with an Award winning company?… Dahl Consulting, Inc. ® is celebrating its 19-year-anniversary as a leading Information Technology Staffing and Services firm.
