Connexion Point is hiring customer service representatives in the Salt Lake area to assist Medicare memb ers with plan enrollments. We’ re a rapidly growing agency specializing in the healthcare field and we’ re looking for excellent representatives to be a part of our growing team. And, if you’re interested in obtaining your Health Insurance license, the benefits are even greater . · If you qualify, Connex ion Point will pay for your Health insurance pre-licensing course, your exam, and your residence Health insurance license . On top of all that, we’ll pay for your state licenses in as many as all 50 states, as the client requires. This is up to a $6,000 benefit to you. These licenses are yours to keep for the full 2 years they are valid. Job Responsibilities: · Provide outstanding customer service · Answer inbound calls in a polite and professional manner · Provide accurate information based on your training · Be accurate with data entry to ensure quality service · Work together with co-workers to ensure quality · Follow instructions given by management · Arrive on time for scheduled shifts Skills/Abilities: · Ability to follow a script · Excellent listening and soft skills · Ability to write simple correspondence · Be computer literate and able to type 30+ words per minute Contract Length: · This is a temporary position for 2-3 months, however, a percentage of top-performers will be retained as full time employees.
