Our direct client has an immediate need for an Applications Analyst to join their team and provide support for several of their clinical and administrative support applications. The Analyst will be primarily responsible for managing user tickets, application & system troubleshooting, and system setup & configuration issues for a suite of applications including ChartMaxx, RL Solutions, and ECIN. This individual will monitor all interfaces, daily logs and exception reports to ensure optimum system performance. They will assist with the troubleshooting of technical and application issues with the support of the IT department (network engineers, integration team, etc.) and various application vendors. The analyst must be proactive, responsible, and willing to go above and beyond to achieve client satisfaction. They must have strong customer-facing skills and the aptitude to pick-up on new systems and applications. Required Skills and Qualifications: Hands-on experience supporting Healthcare and/or Clinical application systems. Prior experience in customer service and/or training. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be self-motivated and a go-getter who requires minimal management supervision. Our client is based in Orange County and this person will be working on-site in their Anaheim facilities. The client would like to convert this person to a permanent employee within 90-days, but will also consider a direct-hire.
