CLM Claims College Logo Design Contest
Company Name: CLM Claims College Slogan: What We Do: The CLM Claims College is a new venture that will become THE source for the education of claims professionals. Our Industry: Financial & Insurance Formats Accepted .EPS only Top Three Things to Communicate through our Logo: #1 - High level educational offerings (really want this to have the look and feel of an institution of higher learning) #2 - Attending the Claims College will enhance your career and for employers, your employee base #3 - This is a true educational experience, not a conference or seminar Our Target Audience: Claims professionals and leaders. Anyone in the field of claims management -- from a new claims adjuster to chief claims officers of insurance companies and corporations. So, they range in age from mid-20s to 60s. Their business is managing, investigating and resolving claims of all types (from workers' compensation to medical malpractice). Claims professionals tend to be inquisitive, fact and data oriented. Styles that we are interested in: Pictorial Mark A pictorial mark uses literal or representative imagery to symbolize the brand. Famous examples include: Abstract Mark Uses abstract shapes and symbols to convey an idea or attribute about the organization. Famous examples include: Emblem An emblem features the name of the company typically enveloped by a pictorial element or shape. Famous examples include: Please note that the above brands are in no way, shape, or form associated with LogoTournament. They are cited as examples under Fair Use for the enrichment of the general public's knowledge of the graphic arts. Color Preferences: I'd like to use a blue as we have in other logos (see www.theclm.org or the attached LMI logo). We've used green as a complementary color in another logo, so I'd like to stay away from that. Our Ideas and Additional Information: I'd like a pictoral/abstract mark that can be used with and without the words CLM Claims College. Once we have some industry name recognition, I see the mark being used alone for many promotional items. At the launch, which will be in a month, we'll need to use both the name and the mark together. I've attached the logo for a similar program we run for another segment of our business for reference only. This Claims College is for a new audience. I want the logos to share the dark blue color, but want the rest of it to be fresh and new. Do not use the green from the LMI logo. Where we will use the Logo: Web, Print, Mugs, T-shirts
