Trigyn's Direct Government Client has a long term contract assignment (12 Months) for a Mobile Solutions Engineer, who can work onsite in Washington DC. Experience Level: • Nine (9) or more years experience Minimum Requirements: • Holds a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. • Systems and network support experience. • Intermediate skills in computer technology, including network infrastructure, security, telecommunications, software applications, IP operations, PC and laptop hardware and peripherals. • Advanced and refined computer and software troubleshooting skills • Strong, proactive client-service ethic. • Have a manufacturer certification in network operating systems(s) (MCSE) and messaging systems. • Experience supporting users in Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Exchange environments. • Background in financial systems support. • Communication skills and demonstrable experience making non-technical users comfortable with technology concepts. • Strong time management and detail-oriented organizational skills.
