Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking to hire for one of our clients. Duration: 4-6 months with possible extension Description: - Creating and managing orders in SAP - Recurring reporting - CCMS Tickets - Transportation Claims Processing - Specific order and customer accountability is required for the timely execution of activities to ensure accuracy in order entry and order maintenance. - Appropriate and timely interface/follow up with Sales associates and the customer is required. - Participation on customer connectivity activities including, compilation of critical customer information. The Customer Logistics Representative is assigned to an account or a group of accounts and has accountability for the following operational duties and responsibilities: - Exercise superior interpersonal skills in managing the customer relationship to achieve excellence in customer satisfaction. - Process all customer orders in a timely manner and in compliance with customer care best practices to facilitate superior on time and complete service to our customers. - Recognize and reconcile any potential order conflicts such as delivery/shipping delays or out of stock situations to ensure customer orders will deliver on time and complete. - Collaborate with management when resolving issues and escalations, and achieving customer group goals and priorities. - Monitor the action list daily to reconcile order exceptions that could cause delays in customer deliveries. - Interact with other departments such as Replenishment, Financial Credit, Physical Logistics, Sales and Planning to resolve issues affecting customer orders. - Identify, analyze, and resolve customer issues such as causes for appointment, purchase order, and promotion problems. Improve and maintain acceptable service levels with the customer. - Interface with replenishment to establish balance between inventory needs of the customer and product availability. - Ensure accurate invoicing by maintaining price and promotion validation and correcting errors with customer group. - Support Ensure compliance with client Snackfood US efficiency programs with key accounts. - Efficiency programs include MEP, VMI, EDI, Swell and CPU/Backhaul.
