IT Support Specialist
We are currently looking for a Skilled IT Support Specialist to be brought on for a Full time/Long-term Contract We would really like for the candidate to meet all the below skill requirements. MUST HAVE A+ Certification, MUST have 2+ Years of Recent IT Experience supporting a LARGE Site (300+) users and that MUST be evidenced in Resume. Location: Cary, NC Start Date: August 2012 End Date: August 2013 Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm Pay Rate: $13.50/hr Experience Level: (Intermediate, 2 - 3 Years Experience). Job Description: This position is for an IT Support Specialist and will involve, among other duties; -Software installs, hardware break/fix support, SW/HW trouble-shooting, PC builds/deployments, case documentation and SLA adherence. -The successful applicant need to have excellent people skills and communication skills - both written and verbal. -This role also requires the ability to multi-task and function in a fast-paced dynamic environment. -Dell and HP hardware experience a plus. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office. Windows 7 experience a plus. Excellent customer service skills a requirement. -2+ years providing excellent IT support to a large (300+) end-user environment It is required that all contractors complete a background check and drug screen report. They must pass a drug screen with a positive clearance and the background check without the following convictions on their record.
