Possession of or the ability to obtain a Security Clearance is required as a condition for employment. Job Responsibilities: - Provide Tier 2 support to active duty military personal and civilians. - Provide troubleshooting. - Provide maintenance and repair. - Implement installations. Job Qualifications: - Two plus years of experience working in hardware support role. - Network A+ cert and Security+ cert are required or within three months of employment. - Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software on Dell / HP laptops, desktops, and Xerox / HP network / desktop printers. - Experience installing peripherals (BB's, scanners, printers etc), working with a ticketing system (Remedy and SM7). - Experience working in a team and individual environment. - Experience working with the highest ranking DOD officers and Government customers. - Ability to learn by on the job training, shadowing current employees and retaining what is taught. - Ability to be flexible with processes and procedures that are always changing. - Some on call work will be required on occasion. - Strong customer interaction skills.
