Entertainment company has multiple openings for QA Engineers on both contract and full-time basis. Must have a strong scripting background, with programming experience in Ruby or Perl, or experience with JUnit. **Please apply for immediate consideration** Job Responsibilities include: Develop, execute and analyze regression, functional, and performance QA test plans for manual and automated testing Define test strategies and metrics to automate testing of front & backend applications Write automated tests to test magento and other areas using Perl test harness Document and track your work and participate in code and design reviews Be actively involved during all stages of the development life cycle Act with a sense of urgency and flexibility to achieve critical milestones Provide and meet time estimates for assigned deliverables Report daily & weekly work progress to project stakeholders and QA Director The candidate will report to Director of Quality Assurance, and will participate in a scrum team of 5-7 developers. Job Requirements: Bachelor's or graduate degrees in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years in software architecture and development At least 2+ years in QA test automation development Excellent programming ability, with strong experience developing in Perl or Ruby Experience with JUnit Experience on Linux operating systems and platforms such as Red Hat/Centos, and Debian/Ubuntu Experience with test systems, test automation, and testing methodology Excellent written ,verbal communication ability and Team Player Strong collaboration skills and Solid big-picture, critical thinking skills Experience with white-box testing. Experience designing, implementing or enhancing test harness/framework is desired.
