My client based in the Hampshire is seeking an Business Analyst. This is a contract position and you will need to have experience in the following areas: GDS systems Airline reservation processes (booking, ticketing, class of service, groups, bump-downs etc) Online travel booking processes Consolidation of payments covering multiple booking components (flights, cruise etc) Technical skills will include: UML, Use cases, requirements catalogue Enterprise Architect Requirements of role are: -Ability to challenge business requirements, identifying and quantifying business benefit -Confident presenting material, facilitating workshops, both with senior stakeholders and front line business users -Working with 3rd party suppliers, developers and offshore teams -Acting as first point of contact for functional queries This is a 3-6 month contract position with excellent chances of extensions, for further information please contact me on 01189 55 2444 or apply using the link.
