Mail Opening Associate Responsible for utilizing mail sorting and extraction devices to sort, open and subsequently extract incoming remittances. The operator must meet departmental production and quality standards and be fully capable of making quick and accurate processing decisions. Prepare regular and third party payments for transport operations by sorting, opening, extracting, batching, and counting various types of incoming mail remittance transactions within productivity and quality objectives. Associates must perform the following functions: Data Correction, Amount Entry, Stub Info. 8,000 KPH is the minimum. Must have minimum of 8,000 KSPH to be considered. Shifts will be midnight to 8am and 6am to 2pm. Shifts will be assigned; there is not the option to choose. Pay is $9.50/hour. Data Entry Operator The Data Entry Operator is responsible for utilizing an Image Processing system to key check, statements, MICR line, OCR line and dollar amount fields. Perform customer requests for address change via on-line mark sense detection. Performance maintained within established accuracy and timeliness guidelines. Associates must maintain established productivity standard for amount keystrokes entered per hour. Associates must maintain established quality standard for volume of transactions before an error occurs. Associates must perform the following functions: Data Correction, Amount Entry, Stub Info, ReKey, Balancing. 12,000 KPH is the minimum. Must have 12,000 KSPH to be considered. Shifts will be 4am to noon, 2am to 10am, or 8am to 4pm. Shifts will be assigned; there is not the option to choose. Pay is $9.50/hour. We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
