All of our clients will require a drug test and a 7 year background check Network Support position available Job Description: Work as part of an operations team using iGems network monitoring platform to monitor for, troubleshoot, and manage fault conditions for several custom managed network clients. This position requires that the analyst be able to dynamically multitask on complex, diverse issues and work with customers in a fast-paced SLA driven environment. The expectation is that the candidate will adapt to and drive change. The successful candidate must demonstrate excellent communication skills to clearly document and communicate their findings, internally and externally. The candidate will interact with customers and must be able to communicate at a technical as well as non-technical level with peers, management, and customers. The successful candidate must be willing to jump into any issue, follow custom processes, and be able to technically lead the troubleshooting efforts of potentially many different internal and external entities, accurately quickly diagnose and isolate the source of the network incident, and to take appropriate action to restore service. ITIL knowledge/experience is desirable. Candidate should demonstrate a sense of urgency and appropriate level of customer advocacy to correct problems on our clients’ behalf. Skill Experience Need 1) Advanced WAN troubleshooting/problem determination Expert Required 2) TCP/IP, MPLS, QoS, and routing protocol troubleshoot Expert Required 3) Frame Relay, ISDN, ATM, Private Line Expert Required 4) Advanced LAN/switch troubleshooting/problem determine Expert Required 5) Advanced knowledge /experience with Cisco IOS Arch Expert Required 6) Advanced knowledge /experience with Juniper/SRX Ar Intermediate Desired 7) Campus/Data Center LAN Troubleshooting Experience Intermediate Required 8) Experience with Remedy based ticketing system Intermediate Desired 9) F5 or ACE Load Balancer experience Intermediate Desired If interested please send a Word copy of your resume.
