Junior Citrix Engineer@WA seattle, WA We have an urgent requirement for Junior Citrix Engineer for one of our Client. Duration : 6+ months location : Seattle,WA JD- Engineer will be responsible for supporting a key area client’s Citrix virtual desktop solutions, providing project status updates, managing support tickets, providing resolution and coordinating additional engineering when needed. Will be full-time onsite, engaged with client’s IT support teams, and representing Denali engineering within the enterprise. MUST HAVE Experience supporting / designing / implementing / troubleshooting virtual desktop and/or virtual application solutions, with a focus in Citrix solutions Citrix certification is strongly preferred Hands on experience with Citrix Xendesktop Some experience delivering applications through remote protocols (Citrix Xenapp, Presentation Server, Microsoft RDS / TS) At least one year of experience with Citrix and/or Microsoft products and technologies (preferably in an Enterprise environment), network administration, design, or troubleshooting. NICE TO HAVE Experience with additional Citrix products, such as Provisioning Services, Netscaler, and Password Management a plus Comfort and experience with interfacing with customers and translating their support issues into solutions EDUCATION Bachelor of Science or equivalent experience and knowledge of system architecture.
