I want the attached image completely re-designed as a high quality image, so I can print it on glossy paper and frame it. The image needs to be 17 cm by 22 cm centered on the canvass and delivered as a PDF to be printed on Letter size paper (81/2" inches by 11") (21,6 cm x 27,9 cm) Please let me know what this will cost and when it can be completed by.
