Integrated PM Solution is looking for a consultant to fill a 6 months SalesForce.com (SFDC) Business Systems Analyst position in Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities: Collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers, and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks related to SalesForce.com implementation. Work with creative and technical project teams to review and validate SalesForce.com technical requirements. Soliciting, gathering, analyzing, user input and requirements specifically related to SalesForce.com solution. Authoring requirements definition and related documentation specifically related to SalesForce.com Support User acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring all business requirements are included in the QA Test plan Perform UAT Test when required. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent 4 years of SalesForce.com (SFDC) Business or Systems Analysis experience MUST have: Minimum of 3 documented SalesForce.com implementations in a Business Analyst role Experience as a Business or Systems Analyst working with Apex classes, Visual Force pages, force.com implementation, reports development Experience in Salesforce.com implementation project phases such as: Application Business Process Analysis Requirements Fit gap analysis Functional Specifications Support in test strategy definition UAT phase support Documented knowledge of SalesForce.com integration, including between different business systems as well as working with integration tools Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint as well as other project management and time tracking tools Experience with these skills considered a plus: Cognitive design User-centered design Information architecture Human-Computer Interaction Large scale web projects (ideally involving the creation and launch of major e-commerce B2B websites) Note: Full background check, Drug test, and Proof of employment authorization will be required.
