Our client is looking for a SAP Training lead in Washington DC Possesses 5 to 7 years of relevant training experience utilizing SAP. 5-10 years experience leading / managing a team of diverse skill-sets in a training organization. Experience shall also include the following: Experience as an SAP trainer including knowledge of the SAP suite. Coaching and leadership skills with ability to lead in a global, matrix environment. Experience developing training programs including, train the trainers, end user training, and refresh training, delta training, continuous improvement and new employee training Experience directing and planning the creation of SAP training materials and manuals Experience creating and executing a training strategy plan for an SAP implementation Experience managing an SAP repository of training materials, keeping training materials current Demonstrated ability for effective oral communication with the highest levels of management – including advanced public speaking, facilitation, and presentation skills Demonstrated written communication skills – including the ability to author lengthy and coherent reports (in various formats) and other client requested written documentation, on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis as needed Education: Possesses a BS degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field Shall have ITIL Practitioner Certification for either ITIL v. 2 or v.3 Shall have ITIL Foundation Certification for either ITIL v.2 or v.3 Certification or Train the trainer Course from SAP America or equivalent desired US Citizens/ GC only may apply with your updated resume, contact number and salary expectations.
