Job Description: Conducts requirements analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the functional and technical needs of the client and develops solutions to meet those needs. Works with client user base in developing functional specifications, analyzing user needs, testing and developing solutions as necessary Works with the appropriate parties to effectively estimate project timelines. Works with VSCS Practice Director to provide timely, appropriate level of communication with respect to the work assigned. Communicate the solutions in form of presentations; make complex optimization and planning solutions transparent for the business users. Required Skills: A demonstrated understanding of Oracle Retail's (Retek) RPAS Planning & Optimization application suite functional concepts, integration points, and functional application knowledge Skilled in preparing and delivering presentations for end user and management level audiences. Previous consulting and/or retail IT industry experience Proven experience with surfacing business requirements, establishing future business processes and comprehensively communicating agreed direction within design documentation Ability to work independently or as part of a larger project team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Apply Now
