Description of Essential Job Functions: ·         Drive all company trucks and vans to make deliveries to and from company job sites. ·         Plan routes and travel time to ensure on-time deliveries.  ·         Perform vehicle inspections and maintain records in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT). ·         Assist with loading and unloading truck with equipment, tools and materials. ·         Safely secure all materials/equipment on truck before departing site. ·         Perform warehouse maintenance during non-driving hours. Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements: A.    Valid Commercial Driver’s License – Class B . B.     Safe driving record and history. C.     M inimum two yea rs driving a commercial vehicle with a standard shift . D.    Knowledge of highway requirements for commercial vehicles. E.     Ability to read delivery reports. F.      Good oral communication skills. G.    Ability to work as a team . H.    Work environment: warehouse environment which includes seasonal temperature changes and rolling equipment and tool and material storage. Compensation: Employment with DGC Capital comes with competitive hourly wage and may also include the opportunity for overtime.
