Executive PA to General Manager of EU Operations - Oldham - Immediate Start - Maternity Cover - Circa £20,000 My client is a UK leading E-fulfillment distribution company based in the Oldham area of Manchester. They are looking for an experienced, Executive Personal Assistant to join their team to support the General Manager, covering maternity leave until January 2013. As PA you will be providing support to the senior management team, including organising diary management, meeting schedules, minute taking and travel arrangements for the GM of EU Operations and the HR Director. You will have a vital role in the co-ordination of site forums, health and safety, business improvement, training and development and internal communication throughout departments. You will be collating both client and customer experience information, through market research, questionnaires and mystery shopping. As an integral part of the team, you will be involved in the e-commerce recruitment process for key client accounts, as well as office admin and facilities co-ordination of the company’s main head offices in the Manchester and Greater London. Your day to day duties will include, but are not limited to: Mystery shopping across existing and prospective clients Creating a database of management information surrounding customer experience. Including ordering, shipping options, time to receive order, carrier information, packaging, product presentation and overall customer experience. Office procurement for departmental needs Health and Safety co-ordination for back office facilities, Carrying out market research into best practice of ecommerce retailing Creating presentations and reports for both internal and external use The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge as a PA for senior management to CEO level. Experience within a client facing and customer focused B2C environment is essential, preferably within an ecommerce or similar sector. You must be well organised, an excellent communicator and a proactive individual to provide the highest level of assistance to the Senior Management Team. Key Skills:- Effective time management Strong organisation / planning Attention to detail Liaising with customers, clients and throughout internal departments across the UK Proficient use of all Microsoft packages, including Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint The hours for this role will be Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm, with a start date of Mid September. This will be offered as a fixed term contract to cover maternity leave, with a starting salary of circa £20,000 per annum - which is dependent on skill and experience.
