We are pleased to announce that we have an opening for 12 months on a Fixed Term Contract basis, for an experienced Cutover Lead to join our Finance Transformation project team in the deployment of SAP Europe-wide across the business. This hands-on role will involve full preparation of the cutover plan, taking a lead role on the successful conversion of data from the old financial management systems to SAP, ensuring that contingency plans are maintained and updated. Key Responsibilities: - Overall planning and coordination of the Cutover/Build Plan - Coordinate the development of the Cutover deliverables - Coordinate the Cutover simulation and Cutover execution - Manage and control the execution of all Cutover Tasks - Coordinate issue resolution with Cutover/Build Liaisons - Work with project leadership to ensure critical issues and barriers are resolved in a timely manner - Work with Cutover/Build Liaisons to assess potential impacts to timeline based on any issues that arise - Communicate Cutover/Build status to project leadership Essential Requirements: -Previous Cutover Management experience on a minimum of 3 end to end ERP / SAP implementation projects -Detailed Microsoft Project experience -Excellent Project Planning and Management skills -Good Stakeholder Management skills -Strong Written and Verbal Communication -Excellent Risk/issue management and resolutionAbout Chartis UK With more than 40 million clients in over 160 countries and jurisdictions around the globe, Chartis is truly a world leader in insurance.
