We require a developer to re-create the ‘recipes tab’ from our existing online courses which were created in flex/Flash to a HTML/PHP version. In addition, we require an admin panel that will allow us to edit and add new recipes to the database. The user interface should look and work exactly the same as the existing UI in our flash based course. The UI should be created using pure CSS so that it can be easily updated.
