1 year contract 2 spots open! This person will direct a team through the implementation and unit testing of large subsystems. The interface subsystems are based on Sammi, a Motif interpreter. This individual will be responsible for interface designs to support the Sammi windows. Will use a C++ standard template library to take high level designs into software implementation. Responsibilities: Work closely with developers and project manager to understand the feature set in depth Creat test plans, test cases and other software test documents based on requirements and specification in an AGILE environment File and track bugs through resolution Review software build/release log information Automate test cases and processes using Scripting languages Requirements: At least 5+ years of commercial experience testing complex applications Understanding of and experience with C, C++, and/or C# language Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Understanding of and experience with AGILE software development process, SQA methodologies techniques and approaches Experience with issue/bug tracking tools, project team collaboration and project management Desired Skills: Some Scripting knowledge preferred Experience using the Quality Center tool Education: Bachelors degree in computer engineer/computer science or equivalent
