Complete Facebook Strategy - Page Design and Implementation - Social Media Marketing
I need a facebook page and/or group and a strategy for my company, then I need to implement the strategy. Below is my idea of what I think I need. I may be off-base in small or large part, that is why I need an expert. To engage with potential installers of our service and with potential customers. a. Installers; Technical people/technician (part time or full time freelance) / technical company who is presently serving and influencing a customer base. The technician must be able to install and service our equipment at customer's premises. Our target is familiar with computer networking or PBX and telecommunications, is probably small, flexible and hungry. 1-10 man PBX companies and computer/network maintenance companies are ideal. b. Potential Customers; To engage with potential customers, these will have a job role/title of, switchboard operator, office/administration/telecoms/IT/computer managers for lead generation and Facebook activity that will impress potential technicians. STRATEGY IDEAS - Technical people Seek technical pole/companies who are prepared to be our technical resource in their locality. We don't ask them for money, we simply ask if they would like to install our equipment and earn an hourly rate for doing so. We can't promise them a flood of work, we must have technical ability in the locality before we can have customers. They will be paid by the hour for the work they do. Training will consist of installing the service at their own premises and keeping it running, this will take 1-2 hours. At a later stage we will ask if they would like to introduce the product to their customers and to look for new customers. STRATEGY IDEAS - Potential customers/interested members Target market: Everyone in the telecoms / telephone business should know about us, and what we do. This includes PBX resellers and their staff PBX manufactures and their staff Technicians Sales people Potential Customers = as outlined above Telephone companies VoIP companies IT and computer networking companies and their staff We'll encourage all visitors to 'like' and to be a 'friend' GORILLA TACTICS Sensible gorilla tactics to speed the process will be considered. For example; A new page with no likes and no friends lacks credibility, how do we build it fast? WHAT DO FANS/FRIENDS EXPECT FROM THIS? Technicians expect to earn from installations, we'll ask them to install any orders we receive in their locality and pass on sales leads. Customers expect news, comment about their industry and being part of an active group. PAGE / GROUP FEATURES One on one coaching - Answers from the expects - Ask the experts, ask any question about our service or telecoms in general - we'll answer you. Sneak Pre-views of new features Polls - ask customers what they want News - bad news about the industry - scams - overcharging - court cases - bankruptcies / chapter 11 etc. - customers send in your news, we'll publish it. Fan of the week Charity donation -If customer's fees are paid on time we donate $5 of every payment to charity of your choice, pick one from the list. Jobs - our customers can place free job ads PRESENT INFRASTRUCTURE We use Liferay for content management Oracle report server and database for the application New content should be placed either in Liferay ( ) or Facebook as appropriate. I have a Liferay expert if some integration is needed. Please suggest how you will go about making this project a success suitable, miles stones, terms of engagement etc, I don't expect to read all of your trade secrets in the proposal but I do need enough information to select a partner.
