Spring Personnel are currently recruiting for a hands on Customer Service Person, on a temporary basis on behalf of a highly recognised Rail Company in Peterborough. Showcasing great customer service, you will assist passengers at a major station greeting customers and pulling out all the stops to make their journey that extra bit special. To join our team in keeping Britain up and running you will be presentable, warm and friendly by nature and most importantly driven to provide a great customer experience every time. Day to day responsibilities include: ·Assisting passengers with their luggage ·Greeting passengers ·Assisting with passenger queries We'll also ask you to: ·Be flexible to work shifts across a 24 hour period ·Be able to get yourself to and from work outside of normal hours (public transport may not be available due to shift times) ·Be happy to wear a uniform to work.
