Main responsibilities: Preparation, cooking and service of food to patients, staff, visitors and Consultants. Adherence to food hygiene and hospital policies. Working hours: To cover Maternity and Annual Leave. Location: Spire Washington Hospital Who we are looking for: Qualifications & Training: Must be NVQ qualified and have a Baisc Food Hygiene Certificate. Experience: Experience of working in a busy kitchen. Knowledge and Technical Ability: Menu planning, food presentation standards. Behaviours: Customer awareness, planning and organisation. Hourly rate: to be discussed at interview. Interview/Selection Dates: to be confirmed.
