****3 Positions*** Junior Level Mid - Level Senior Level This person will be an initial point of contact for technical issues or escalation of desktop/workgroup related problems for the US technology group. This position will provide PC and Active Directory support, including the setup, installation, configuration and tracking of all hardware and software. Daily duties include front line support, operating systems, network connectivity and IT projects. Locally there are 300 users and will also be responsible for remotely support an additional thousand employees throughout the country. Responsibilities include: - Support internal customers, including Equities Traders and Research Analysts, with technical assistance, network connectivity, equipment diagnosis, and troubleshooting of hardware and software. - Support remote users with technical assistance, remote access connectivity, equipment diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware and software. - Maintain user account information including rights, security and systems group. - Maintain and troubleshoot existing PCs and peripherals throughout the company's network including servers and client desktops. - Blackberry Administration - Provide service and support for all IT equipment to include personal computers and all hardware and software used for business purposes. - Support all employees and respond to all incidents in a timely, courteous and efficient manner. - Provide training on an as-needed basis to end-user community. - Provide on-call coverage during non-business hours. - Assist in deployment of new technologies and other related tasks. - Manage IT inventory of all equipment, licenses, service and support contracts and incidents.
