Business Analyst
Exepris have an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Business Analyst with a very good working knoweldge of Sharepoint2010 to join a large Oil and Gas Comapny on an initial 3 month contract. Our client has a vision of using SharePoint as a single location to store all of its information and the successful candidate will join a project that is tasked with delivering a SharePoint Document Management solution that aligns to that vision. The role is for a Business Analyst/SharePoint Super User to work with the business stakeholders and to 1) Understand their individual requirements and define a consistent approach to achieving these requirements 2) Configure the newly introduced SharePoint 2010 (SIS v2) sites to meet the requirements 3) Train the super users in the newly configured solutions, to ensure they are self sufficient post implementation 4) Support the change management, communications and training required to enable adoption of the new services. This role does not require development skills, or Technical SharePoint administration. There should be no code left behind at the end of the project, use of SharePoint designer is out of scope. Technical: The individual should have strong Business Analyst skills: * Elicit functional requirements from non technical stakeholders. * Understand stakeholder management and basic change management * Be capable of providing training documentation for the defined solution The individual should have a good knowledge of SharePoint 2010 as a Super User. They should be capable of the definition and configuration of: - Complex Lists - SharePoint workflow - Complex Data View and Rich Text web parts - Permissions and User Access
