EMEA Marketing Manager
EMEA Marketing Manager Financial Services Sector 6 months City of London up to £400 per day depending on experience A prestigious Investment Bank in the City of London are on the search for an inspiring EMEA Marketing Manager to develop and manage the execution of Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities marketing activity in EMEA. This EMEA Marketing Manager role will be based in the City of London and will require travel to other offices within the EMEA region as needed. Key Deliverables: Develop and implement a marketing plan shaped by the financial objectives of the business. In collaboration with the European Regional Business Manager for FICC Distribution develop and allocate the FICC marketing budget using Marketing Workplace (MWP) to ensure that the business and CC Marketing Control are able to measure the ongoing spend. Working with the appropriate teams to identify, plan and deliver client events, internal events, hosted conferences and third party conferences, exhibitions and fairs. Point person for all EMEA marketing (event and business) budget approval requests – seek appropriate business sign off. Identify the need for and facilitate the preparation of internal and external marketing materials including websites, brochures, factsheets, letters and credentials. Work closely with the Business and Event Marketing Teams in the US, APAC and Switzerland to ensure an integrated and holistic approach. Ensure that all material has received the correct Legal and Compliance review and that this is captured within the Marketing Communications Planner system. Working with the Awards and Surveys contact within Marketing Communications, identify the appropriate awards and surveys and co-ordinated the submissions for awards. Plan where appropriate marketing campaigns to engage with clients to maximise the business’ performance in surveys. Develop and retain relationships with appropriate media agencies and media sales contacts to gain maximum value from marketing spend by aligning advertising with relevant editorial content. Implement and maintain a process of review to analyze the effectiveness of the activities undertaken and ensure this information is captured in MWP. Skills required: Financial Services experience is a must. Project management experience. Additional event experience an advantage. Industry / Business knowledge: Fixed Income Currencies and Commodities experience an advantage. Languages: English. Additional languages including German an advantage. Computer / software skills: Microsoft office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint), Silverpop. Exchange, and familiarity with database tools including MS Access.
