My client is looking for a Head of Commissioning for the Adult Social Services within the Hull area. The are requiring someone to commit themselves to a year long contract and must have previous background of dealing with duties listed below: . To plan, lead and organise the commissioning of Adult Social Care Services, developing a strategic plan which addresses joint commissioning with the NHS and exploiting the benefits of joint working, pooled budgets and value for money . To strategically plan and develop for the future ensuring adult social care can deliver cross sector care services which keeps vulnerable people safe and meets the demands and challenges of personalisation and a transformed model of delivery . Ensure that the local authority can discharge its responsibilities to meet external regulation and inspection in the provision and commissioning of high quality services .
