The manager is seeking a highly organized project coordinator to work interactively with the team, track finances, schedule resources, put in maintenance tickets, etc. The ability to prioritize daily tasks while being an overall asset to the team will be key. Key soft skills include: ability to be engaging (they will be engaging with many different people across the team), excellent communication, ability to establish rapport, presents well in person, and knowing how to tailor communication to the target audience. Weekly financial reporting - Runs all financial reports, every week, for all active projects and place the information in the appropriate financial dashboard to be available internally. also serves as the single point of contact for questions on those finances, Monthly financial reporting - Run the financial month end reports , Together with the Director check it against internal resource allocation plan. Represent RST in the weekly maintenance meetings Provide Quality Center updates for every open ticket to management Assist in assigning priorities to accomplish those tickets Coordinate and lead production release,- to include: setting up pre-briefs, go/no-go meetings, Establish the bridge and lead the actual production release Pre-coordinate resources, Coordinate production release debriefs. Enters all CMR's, PMR's, Ipsoft tickets Represents the team in the twice weekly change management calls.
