Thousands of professionals are utilising the online video/ event technologies to share insights, ideas and their most up-to-date knowledge with other professionals all over the globe. The UI developer/ mobile web developer will be working in the mobile devices team (primarily iOS, iphone, ipad, android) who are responsible for developing applications that bring the online webinars - streaming live audio, slides and professionally produced video to mobile devices. The UI developer/ mobile web developer will be play a key role in both porting existing web applications to mobile devices and developing new applications. The ui developer / mobile web developer you will be building mobile-compatible web applications that run off of this platform. They have initially focused on developing web applications for iOS, but are very quickly be exploring Android and other platforms. Essential Skills & Experience ○ oo Javascript web application development experience (performant & maintainable) ○ Building AJAX-powered applications that interact with web services ○ HTML5 / CSS3 ○ Experience using the Dojo toolkit or MooTools, Scriptaculous, Prototype, JavascriptMVC ○ Experience with Node.js ○ Experience developing best of breed web applications for iOS (iphone/ ipad) ○ Experience on Android and other platforms is desirable ○ Config management (tagging, branching and merging) using SVN or equivalent.
