Hi, I have a 300 page book / document created in Apple Pages. It has an index, graphics and charts. I want to upload it to Amazon Kindle and need it converted correctly for both their reader and their "Look Inside" presentation on the sales page. (see how is it currently incorrectly formatted in the "Look Inside" freature: /Stop-Anger-Management-Techniques-ebook/dp/B001LRQGA4/ref=sr_1_8?s=digital-text&ie=UTF8&qid=1345552768&sr=1-8&keywords=abe+kass#reader_B001LRQGA4). I am reasonable but also want things done right. You can see what I am up to by looking at my web: I want a fixed price for each book. I have many others I am working on. Included is the price is a willingness to fix any formatting errors or inconsistencies. Please don't post for this job if you don't have good experience with the complexities of ebook conversions.
