The form should allow the user to tick and untick boxes to indicate which attractions are available on that day to view at a tourist attraction. The form is then submitted and the page is built from the submitted information. The form should be constructed in PHP and have the ability to add a date for when the items are available and also a date on when the page was last updated. The page that is built should show a small thumbnail of the attraction and a link to the page for that attraction on the web site. The completed page should also be made so it can show a number of days into the future what attractions would be available to view. A preference to build the form to work in Wordpress as a plugin would be preferred, but if not, a form and an iframe would be sufficient. If the form is standalone it would need to be protected by a username and password. For an example see and look at the Loco Roster on the right, this is what the finished article should look like.
