This position is responsible for releasing software to the production environment. Working with a small team the developers you will have an opportunity to be creative and affect the process with your ideas and input. The work you will design and implement (predominantly tools and solutions to continuously release to production) will directly determine the success of your team and that of our client, located in Bellevue, Washington. The successful applicant will possess the following requirements (items are required unless noted otherwise): A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline 5 or more years of experience developing, building, installing, troubleshooting, and integrating a variety of custom applications Experience with Continuous Build and Integration and related tools (Jenkins / Hudson and Cruise Control) Experience with various development and deployment tools (Puppet, SVN, Git, CVS, Bugzilla, JIRA, Grasshopper, Fisheye, Crucible, FitNesse, Nexus, etc.) Experience coding in an Object-Oriented language, preferably C# with experience debugging applications and making fixes Working knowledge of the entire SDLC including the build, release, and QA process Production support experience Expertise in command line tools, NT batch / shell scripting, Perl, JScript, and VBScript Excellent communication skills are required Ability to interface effectively with internal customers across the division Experience with Big-IP; understanding of network concepts such as load balancing, ECVs, VIPs, the ability to use a sniffer, etc. IIS experience
