Job Title: Production Analyst/Jr. Developer Job ID: 14440 Location: Wakefield,MA, US Full/Part Time: Regular/Temporary: Regular Line of Business:Epsilon About the Opportunity Epsilon is looking for a Database Production Analyst to work within our Database Support group who have demonstrated strong analytic abilities and excellent Unix scripting skills. We are looking for candidates who are quick to learn and great problem solvers. Responsibilities * Extract and load transactional data files for our data warehouse. * Investigate and resolve data quality issues. * Run data quality, cleansing, standardization, and verification processes. * Work directly with technical and marketing representatives from client organizations to code and categorize data and to troubleshoot data discrepancies. * Work closely with team members and client account team to schedule work, manage priorities, and meet deadlines for client delivery. Qualifications * UNIX skills - ability to install jobs, monitor system health and do scripting * SQL skills - able to perform queries, DBA type tasks including creating tables, monitoring performance etc * Scheduling tools (like Maestro, etc) a plus * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal * Ability to work off hours and some weekends required Compensation and Benefits Alliance Data offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive selection of benefit options including 401(k).
