Role *Help implement a business dashboard using in house data monitoring feeds and third party data monitoring feeds. The dashboard will be based on a third party product. *Ability to liaise with multiple vendors at a technical level in all aspects of a system implementation, including server requirements, data integration, communications, resource utilisation etc *Ability to liaise with end users, to gather their requirements and provide appropriate technical input to fulfil the needs, within the limitations of the resources available Core skill set: *Background in system/application development with 5 plus years experience. *Experience/understanding of data integration, normalisation and enrichment patterns. *Experience/understanding of vendor rapid development tools, which provide visually rich frontends to users. *Experience/understanding of Enterprise Management Software/Systems Desirable experience *Banking background would be beneficial. *Experience/understanding of a Configuration Management System (CMS) and the role of CMDBs and the data contained within them, which help form relationships between CIs *Experience/understanding of Business Service Management and Service Impact *Background in performance/capacity management *Understanding of Object Orientation, coding and development lifecycles *ITIL certification *Understanding the customer's business requirements and business processes. *Experience of data modeling *Responsible for developing and maintaining a formal description of the data and data modeling. *To be able to write clear documentation for support staff and end users. *Development of design specifications. *Have an appreciation of the following products.
