I am a former tenant trying to appeal the court desicion to recoup the 3 month worth of rent. The case is already forwarded to the appelate division (Boston MA) and I have a deadline until 9-10-12-the latest to submit 6 copies of the brief and appendix to appeal my case. I need to hire a professional who could write this up for me, OR at least, guide me on this work and profread it. I alos need an advice on how to print it the way that it complies with the court standarts (paper size, quality, prnit size etc.) I am a single parent of 2, just got re-located, and won't be able to afford to pay for this job more than $500 (the most).
