Located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, the Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for the testing of any of the many applications developed and used internally. Major Responsibilities: Reading and analyzing requirements Writing test plans and test cases Participate in the assigned project meetings as required Perform functional, system integration and regression testing on the assigned projects Log defects and retest as required Assist in user acceptance testing as needed To qualify for this exceptional opportunity, you must meet the following qualifications (required unless noted otherwise): Bachelors in Business, Computer Science, or a related field 2 - 4 years of business analysis techniques and/or quality assurance methodologies 3 - 5 years of Software testing experience and familiarity with quality assurance processes SAP R/3 and automated test tool skills (Quick Test Professional) are very desirable Ability to use HP Quality Center Ability to work closely with clients, business analysts and developers to ensure requirements and development standards are met Strong proven analytical skills and ability to break down a problem into actionable steps Ability to handle multiple project tasks simultaneously Highly adaptive to change and able to refocus efforts quickly Results-oriented and have a good understanding of the importance of software quality assurance Good verbal and written communication skills, analytical problem solving skills and be comfortable as a team player
