We are wanting 2D floor plans that have a 3D style look to them with textures, furniture, flooring, countertops, and cabinets for an apartment project. Attached please find a PDF showing the 6 floor plans. They are all very similar with slight modifications. We would like the materials and color scheme of each to be the same. Also, please look at the sample.jpg we have attached. This was our attempt to create the look we were going for. However, we would like to leave it to a professional to create them. The file provided for the floor plans can be DXF, DWG, Archicad (.PLN), .3DS, PDF, etc. The output desired is one high resolution TIFF or PSD of each of the 6 layouts. Please look at the sample attached, and the PDF of the 6 plans so you understand what we are looking for and quote for the entire job of all 6 plans. Thank you.
